We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Order Value  Shipping Charges   Standard  below $20.01  $8.95  from $20.01 to 40.00  $11.95  from $40.01 to 60.00  $12.95  from $60.01 to 80.00  $13.95  from $80.01 to 100.00  $15.95  from $100.01 to 149.99  $19.95  from $150.00 to 199.99  $24.95  from $200.00 to 299.99  $29.95  from $300.00 to 499.99  $39.95  $500.00 and more   $50.00

	» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $15.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
	» An extra $10.00 per item will be added to the above charges for overweight and oversize items.
	» We presently cannot accept orders for international shipment.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

	NY	8%

Minimum Order Amount

Please note that we have a $10.00 minimum order requirement.

Return Policies

Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days and a full refund to your credit card will be given for all merchandise returned in original saleable condition, with the exception of specific items listed below. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled
• All items will be thoroughly inspected by our warehouse return specialists during the return process. If items are not returned in original condition they will be returned to you. If you reject that return shipment, Petbedding Online reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

Special orders of items that are not usually stocked, fabric, and all custom orders are not returnable.

YOU MUST CALL 201-666-1080 FOR "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE.

MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER "RETURN AUTHORIZATION” WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

Items, which have been authorized for return, must be returned within 30 days of authorization.

We will gladly refund shipping charges on all defective merchandise, but all other

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
